When a night of fun leads to being thrust into a reality deemed mythical, Kaitlyn has no choice but to buckle up and enjoy the ride, especially when a man claims to be the father of the child she's carrying.

Imagine waking up abandoned in a hotel bedroom, the smell of sex loitering the air and bare as the day you were born. No remembrance of the previous night while sporting two small mysterious holes on the side of your neck, a lingering ache distinguishing between your legs.

That's how things transpired for Kaitlyn one morning; soreness and exhaustion littering her bones as evidence of her previous affairs.

Time flies in the shape of a few weeks and Kaitlyn starts to feel odd. Constant vomiting, sleeping more than usual, sore feet, a drop in appetite - you name it. The first thought that arises is she may have caught a stomach flu. What she couldn't fathom was another being taking place within her womb, developing with each worrying second. This definitely wasn't a planned pregnancy.

She's faced with many things exceeding the knowledge of the made-up folklore that mankind has developed over time. Thrown into a world where fictitious creatures reside, how does Kaitlyn cope with the thought of her pregnancy and the fact the man she's tangled in the sheets with is much more than a reckless fling?

Misfortune and corresponding events follow Kaitlyn as she's confronted with things that will drive her to question her existence as she's swept into a world that reveals so many mysteries.
